Role Description The Social Media Manager intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across KIDSTOWN india’s social media channels. This internship role is on-site in Lucknow, where the intern will collaborate with the team to manage daily posting schedules, engage with followers, and help grow the brand’s online community. Responsibilities include drafting and editing social media copy, assisting with content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics.



The intern will also participate in brainstorming campaigns, coordinating with design and marketing colleagues, and staying up to date with trends relevant to children’s brands and family audiences.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and improve campaign performance across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate messaging.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to help plan content calendars and align posts with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
Basic understanding of analytics tools, social media trends, and platform best practices is beneficial.
