Job Summary
Saaras Gourmet Holding is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, resolve complaints, and support sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.
Maintain accurate customer databases, records, and follow-up reports.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and feedback.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Maintain daily CRM and customer follow-up reports.




Support customer retention and develop long-term customer relationships.
Assist management in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and relationship management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales/customer service experience will be an advantage.
Eligibility
Graduate preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Experience in CRM, FMCG, retail, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
