Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counsellor role based in Chennai. The Educational Counsellor will guide prospective learners through course selection, explain program structures, outcomes, and certifications,



and provide accurate information about NEBOSH and other HSE offerings. The role includes responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting counselling sessions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all training programs and schedules. The counsellor will support applicants through the admission process, assist with documentation, and coordinate with trainers and administrative staff to ensure a smooth learner experience. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining learner records, following up with leads, contributing to outreach activities, and providing feedback to improve counselling and enrollment processes.
