Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Zybra’s overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, whatsapp marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Drive qualified leads and customer acquisition through performance marketing.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Plan monthly content calendars and oversee social media content, campaigns, and brand communication.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates,



and customer acquisition.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
Build and manage marketing funnels from awareness to lead conversion.
Collaborate with design, product, sales, and technology teams for marketing initiatives.
Explore recent digital channels, tools, and emerging marketing trends.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
