PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST - GOOGLE ADS & META ADS

Mavixy is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows their way around Google Ads and Meta Ads and, more importantly, knows how to turn ad spend into measurable business results.

We work across marketing, branding, creative, data, technology and AI, helping ambitious businesses grow. You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to plan, launch, optimize and scale paid campaigns for our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, audiences and optimization

• Build and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Meta lead generation, conversions and retargeting

• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates

• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events and campaign attribution





• Work with our creative team to develop and test different ad creatives, copies and messaging

• Run A/B tests and continuously experiment with new campaign approaches

• Prepare clear performance reports and explain what is working, what isn’t and what we should do next

• Work with clients and the internal team to understand business goals and translate them into measurable marketing campaigns

• Stay updated with changes across Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution and performance marketing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals

• Experience managing campaigns with real budgets and measurable outcomes

• Comfortable working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Events Manager and conversion tracking

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand numbers
