About the Role
Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and measurable business growth through digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking, along with a solid understanding of digital funnels, campaign optimization and performance analytics.
The role will involve working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Content, Design and Product teams to build and optimize campaigns that generate quality leads and business outcomes.
Performance marketing roles increasingly focus on measurable metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS, alongside accurate tracking and funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create,



execute and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, remarketing and customer acquisition.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, keywords and creatives.
Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other analytics tools.
Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
Work with the Content and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Coordinate with the Sales
