Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kalyan, with some work-from-home flexibility. The person in this role will identify and develop current business opportunities,



build and manage relationships with channel partners, and expand the distribution of loans, credit cards, and insurance products. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new partners, conducting meetings and presentations, tracking sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, provide market feedback, and support partners in using platforms such as the Ruconnect App. The role also involves regular reporting, pipeline management, and maintaining high standards of customer and partner service.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
Knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance, and the ability to explain them clearly to clients and partners.
