We are now looking for Sr. Exec Performance who can oversee D2C brands where the Avg. Monthly Spends must be 10L to 60L; ensure operational excellence, improve client retention, and help scale delivery systems within the agency.
Role Overview
This role focuses on:
delivery quality,client retention,team management,escalation handling,reporting standards,operational efficiency,and process building.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Account Oversight
Manage and oversee Meta & Google Ads Campaign. Ensure smooth execution & optimisation across multiple ecommerce and D2C accounts. Monitor campaign performance and account health regularlyReview reporting quality, communication standards, and timelines
Client Management
Handle client escalations and critical discussionsParticipate in strategy and review calls with key clients. Ensure robust client satisfaction and retentionIdentify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Operational Excellence
Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting systemsStandardize account management processes across teamsEnsure task accountability and delivery consistencyImprove internal coordination between performance, creative, and account teams
Team Development
Mentor and guide Performance Marketing Trainees on communication, reporting, and operational processesIdentify performance gaps and help improve team productivity
Performance & Growth
Ensure accounts achieve performance benchmarksWork closely with Performance Marketing Executive teams to improve resultsHelp leadership improve operational scalability and reduce delivery bottlenecks
RequirementsMust Have
3-4 years of experience in performance marketing agenc
