Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, research-driven, and technology-savvy Sales
Development Representative (SDR) to help Simform build a predictable outbound
pipeline.

This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing. The ideal candidate
should understand both how to identify and engage the right audience and how to




convert early interest into qualified sales conversations. The candidate must
possess a knowledge of how sales pipeline works and able to do calls to the
interested prospects effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers based on Simform's
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using data, automation, AI-powered research, and
intent signals to prioritize the right accounts and contacts. You will run and
optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone calls,
and other relevant channels, conduct initial qualification conversations, and
schedule qualified meetings with the appropriate closing representative.

This is not a traditional high-volume cold outreach role. We are looking for
someone who understands how modern AI-enabled outbound systems work and can
combine automation with research, personalization, and human judgment.
