Role Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our Enterprise Platform Services team in Mumbai. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, on-premises environments, and public cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Cisco Wireless, F5 BIG-IP, Azure/AWS networking, and enterprise network troubleshooting. Experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud network infrastructure.
Configure and manage network hardware, security appliances, and third-party cloud connectivity.
Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, Cisco wireless infrastructure, and F5 BIG-IP solutions.
Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security across enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot complex network issues using packet captures, logs, monitoring tools, and network diagnostics.
Implement and maintain routing, switching, firewall, load-balancing, wireless, and cloud network services.
Support Azure and AWS network connectivity and related infrastructure.
Collaborate with network solution providers, vendors, and service providers on network design, implementation, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain network monitoring, ing, and incident-response runbooks.
Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and CAB processes.
Perform network capacity planning and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
Support recent projects by providing network solutions, architecture, implementation, and technical guidance.
Coordinate the installation, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of network hardware and software.
