Hiring: Growth & Business Development

Odontofusion is looking for a Growth & Business Development skilled to help us acquire clients and build scalable growth systems across our technology and healthcare solutions.

We work across websites, EMR, CRM, ERP, dental and laboratory management systems, AI solutions, digital transformation, and custom software solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B client acquisition strategies
Identify and reach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, networking, and other channels
Generate qualified leads for websites, EMRs, CRMs, ERP systems, and custom software
Manage the sales process from lead generation through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Build and improve repeatable outbound and inbound sales systems
Develop partnerships with clinics, hospitals, dental laboratories, healthcare businesses, and other organizations
Understand client requirements and work with the technical and product teams to propose suitable solutions
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM and other tools




Track outreach, leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue
Test new acquisition channels and continuously improve the growth process

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand business problems and sell solutions rather than simply selling products
Comfortable with B2B sales, prospecting, and cold outreach
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing
Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process

Preferred Experience
Experience in SaaS, software, website, or technology sales
Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or B2B industries
Experience building outbound sales or lead-generation systems
Experience with performance marketing or digital lead generation
Previous experience working in a startup or growing company
