Role Description The CFO Advisor will work full-time on-site at the Vadodara office, partnering with SME clients to provide strategic and operational financial leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and key performance indicators,



and advising management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves designing and improving financial systems and processes, supporting governance and internal controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards. The CFO Advisor will collaborate with client leadership teams on capital allocation, profitability improvement, risk management, and business expansion plans, while preparing clear financial reports, presentations, and insights for decision-making. The position also includes mentoring client finance teams and contributing to building system-driven, scalable organizations.
Qualifications
Strong financial management skills, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Expertise in strategic planning, business planning, and performance measurement to support long-term growth.
