Overview of the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Learning Content for Global Design will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects across global markets. This role requires the ability to navigate complex situations with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized, with robust strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating business objectives into actionable operational plans. Experience in the e-learning/EdTech industry is essential, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment. timeline, quality), and oversee budgets and scope to prevent deviations.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
● Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
● Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
● Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—ensuring no deviations from planned scope and budget.
● Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation.
● Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, instructional design, technology, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and alignment
