Role Description:
We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead a venture from the ground up — not just execute on a plan, but own it fully. You'll validate a real problem, build the MVP, raise the funding to grow it, and scale it into something meaningful. This is a founder-level role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves with urgency, and takes full accountability for outcomes rather than waiting for direction.

Qualifications:
* Proven ability to think and act like a founder — resourceful, decisive, and outcome-driven
* Prior experience building a startup, product, or MVP strongly preferred
* Track record of, or exposure to, fundraising and investor conversations is a plus
* Comfortable operating with minimal structure and shifting priorities
* Sharp problem-solving instincts paired with robust execution
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the venture to investors and stakeholders
* Open to a compensation model built on equal ownership and performance-linked pay tied to funds raised
