About The Role :
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to independently manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and X. The role involves end-to-end campaign ownership—from planning, setup and execution to optimisation, reporting, client coordination, billing and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should be analytical, a robust communicator, comfortable handling clients, and proficient in using AI tools to improve campaign analysis, insights and day-to-day productivity.

What You’ll Do
Run Paid Campaigns: Set up and manage Search, Display, Video, App, Shopping and other campaign formats across Google Ads MCC and Meta Business Portfolio.
End-to-End Ownership: Independently manage campaigns from client brief, planning, setup and tagging through execution, optimisation, reporting, billing and reconciliation.
Optimise Performance: Continuously optimise bids, audiences, creatives, placements and budgets to achieve client KPIs.
Client Handling: Communicate directly with clients for campaign requirements, updates,



performance discussions, reports and day-to-day coordination.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare clear reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.
Billing & Reconciliation: Coordinate campaign spends, platform invoices, billing data and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely closure of campaigns.
Forecast Results: Use Reach Planner and other relevant tools to forecast spends, reach, traffic and conversions.
Tag Management: Deploy, verify and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager.
AI-Assisted Working: Effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other relevant AI platforms for campaign research, data analysis, reporting, insights, ad-copy assistance, troubleshooting and improving day-to-day productivity.
Platform & Policy Knowledge: Stay updated on advertising policies, new platform features, campaign formats and billing processes.
