At MOBILISE, we work as an extension of our clients’ marketing teams. Our clients rely on us to create clear, accurate, and credible marketing communication across multiple formats, audiences, and markets.
We’re looking for a Copy Editor who can improve the quality of written content by strengthening its grammar, clarity, structure, consistency, and alignment with the brief.
This is not limited to correcting spelling and punctuation. The role requires someone who can understand what the content is trying to achieve, identify where the message is unclear or unsupported, and work with writers and other teams to make the final output client-ready.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys improving content, learning about B2B and technology subjects and gradually taking on more writing and campaign responsibilities.

What you’ll do

Edit and proofread EDMs, landing pages, nurture emails, digital advertisements, social posts, presentations, brochures, case studies,



articles and video scripts.
Review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, clarity, repetition and readability.
Check whether the copy follows the brief, communicates the intended message and includes an appropriate call to action.
Ensure consistency in terminology, brand voice, formatting, capitalisation and messaging across related campaign assets.
Simplify technical and business information without changing its meaning or introducing inaccuracies.
Identify vague statements, unsupported claims, factual inconsistencies and missing information.
Fact-check content using approved and reliable sources.
Adapt content for different audiences, channels, regions and stages of the customer journey.
Apply US English, UK English and client-specific editorial conventions where required.
