Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our design and creative services. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels while building and maintaining a solid sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings to understand business and design requirements and recommend suitable creative solutions across branding, graphic design, social media,
advertising, UI/UX, motion graphics, video, 3D, and other design services.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers; negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and terms while ensuring profitability.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client communication to negotiation, conversion, closure, and handover to the creative team.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while identifying opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
2. Client Relationship, Strategy & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, businesses, and strategic partners while ensuring a professional client experience.
Coordinate with internal design and creative teams to communicate client requirements, project scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations effectively.
