About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and target-driven Staffing Sales professional with 12+ years of experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment Services, and B2B Sales.
This is a sales-heavy role. The primary responsibility is to generate new business, acquire new clients, generate staffing demands, follow up with clients to close requirements, drive resource placements, and generate revenue.

Account Management is a supporting responsibility, focused primarily on retaining clients, generating repeat business, and expanding existing accounts.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Business Development & New Client Acquisition – PRIMARY
Generate current business opportunities for IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation services.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients with recurring technology hiring requirements.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Drive lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, industry connections, email outreach, RFPs, and vendor registrations.
Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders.
Convert prospects into active staffing clients.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client meetings → requirement generation → commercial negotiation → closure → first deployment.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual resource deployment and revenue targets.
Identify new markets, accounts, and business opportunities to expand the company's staffing business.
2. Generate & Close Staffing Demands – PRIMARY
Regularly engage with clients to identify current and upcoming staffing requirements.
Generate staffing demands from both new and existing clients.
