Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with small and mid-sized businesses.



Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting product demos, understanding customer pain points, and positioning SalaryBox as the preferred payroll and workforce management solution. The role involves negotiating and closing contracts, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve customer experience and share market feedback that supports product innovation.
Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing enterprise or SMB deals.
Proven ability in consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution presentation, particularly for B2B SaaS or technology products.
