WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

JustCall is at a stage where great demand generation can directly shape the next
phase of growth. We’re looking for a marketer who can combine strong creative
thinking with sharp execution - from developing campaign ideas and messaging to
building landing pages, running experiments, and optimising the funnel.

You’ll have the prospect to own campaigns end-to-end, work closely with
marketing, product marketing, sales, and creative teams, and use AI to move
faster. The goal: turn better ideas and better execution into a more qualified
pipeline for JustCall.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

* Ideate and develop new campaign concepts, messaging angles, and scripts for
demand generation initiatives across paid and organic channels.

* Write compelling ad copy, banner content, and video briefs, and work closely
with design and video production teams to bring creatives to life.

* Build and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels in collaboration with
the CRO team, running structured experiments and A/B tests to improve demo
sign-ups and trial conversions.





* Work with stakeholders across marketing, product marketing, and sales
enablement to take campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring alignment on
messaging and timely delivery.

* Leverage AI tools (such as Claude and other platforms) to accelerate content
creation, ideation, and campaign iteration, bringing an automation-first
mindset to everyday workflows.

* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies where required, managing
timelines, deliverables, contracts, and payments to ensure smooth execution.

* Support ad execution on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta when
needed, with an understanding of how these platforms work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* ~3 years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or growth
marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS workplace.

* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy,
scripts, landing page content, and ema
