About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Advisor with B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to the MSME segment, to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will help acquire and manage small and mid-sized business clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and support the growth of our corporate insurance and employee benefits portfolio.

Responsibilities
Drive acquisition of MSME and small business accounts through B2B sales initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with business owners, HR Managers, Finance Heads, and Procurement Leads.
Understand client needs and offer suitable corporate insurance and employee benefit solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through to closure.




Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline activity.
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, servicing) for smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to MSME insurance.

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, MSME Sales, Insurance Broking, Employee Benefits, or Financial Services Sales.
Prior exposure to MSME/small business client segments strongly preferred.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
