Founded in Sydney in 2015 and acquired by upGrad in 2021, GSP’s India business is one of its fastest-growing markets.

This role works directly with the Business Head for India — a high-visibility seat at the centre of that growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Data analytics and reporting: Track enrolment trends, application funnel and stage-wise conversion; flag drops and spikes early, diagnose the cause, and own dashboards, weekly/monthly MIS and forecasting. • Driving cross-functional projects: Run projects end to end with admissions, recruitment, marketing, product and finance — scope, timelines, dependencies and closure. • Business planning and target setting: Support the AOP and quarterly planning cycle; cascade targets to region and partner level and track performance against plan.



• Business reviews and governance: Prepare the Business Head for weekly, monthly
and quarterly reviews, and drive action trackers to closure. • Process design and improvement: Fix bottlenecks across the application-toenrolment journey through SOPs, automation and product inputs. • Partner and market intelligence: Track partner productivity, intake-cycle patterns and competitor/destination-market shifts, and convert these into actionable inputs. • Special projects and current initiatives: Pilot and scale new initiatives — geographies, partner segments or product lines — from business case to handover. • Stakeholder communication: Keep leadership, global teams and partners aligned with crisp updates and timely escalation.
