Role Overview
The Fundraiser will be responsible for raising funds for cancer treatment and curative care programs. The role focuses on developing relationships with corporate donors, CSR teams, HNIs, foundations, and individual donors, while identifying new funding opportunities and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Raise funds for cancer treatment and curative care programs.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate donors, CSR teams, HNIs, foundations, and individual donors.
• Identify and secure new funding opportunities, grants, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, donor pitches, and presentations.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement events, and digital fundraising initiatives.
• Track donor commitments, reporting requirements, and fund utilization updates.
• Collaborate with program teams to understand healthcare intervention needs and impact stories.
• Maintain donor databases, pipelines, and fundraising MIS reports.
• Ensure timely donor stewardship and relationship management.
• Represent the organization at networking events and CSR forums.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor management, business development, or nonprofit resource mobilization. Experience in healthcare, cancer care, public health, or social impact organizations is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and donor management systems.
• Robust reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
