Role Description This is a full-time, in office Lead Full Stack Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services across front-end and back-end stacks.



Responsibilities include leading technical design discussions, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, and guiding the implementation of secure, performant solutions. The role involves collaborating with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will also help improve development processes, support production systems, and drive continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and delivery speed.
Qualifications
Strong full stack development experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, or .NET).
Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and integration with microservices or cloud
