About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our MLOps team and drive the deployment, operationalization, monitoring, and maintenance of Machine Learning solutions in production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning model deployment, data pipelines, and MLOps practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Operationalize complex machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop and maintain adaptable data pipelines to support use-case-specific data requirements.




Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless data and model consumption.
Build and maintain automated pipelines for generating and publishing model performance metrics to support model governance and oversight processes.
Monitor model health, performance, data quality, and model drift, and implement remediation strategies when required.
Develop operational runbooks, support procedures, and maintenance guidelines for production ML solutions.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of ML platforms and pipelines.

Expertise You'll Bring:

8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
Experience deploying and supporting machine learning models in production environments.
