Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive / Meta Ads Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience who can independently manage end-to-end Meta Ads execution, with a solid focus on jewellery, fashion/clothing, and other D2C brands.
You will be responsible for everything from strategy and campaign setup to optimization, creative testing, scaling, reporting, and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end Meta Ads execution for multiple D2C client accounts
• Plan,



build, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Develop performance strategies based on business goals, budgets, AOV, margins, CAC, and ROAS targets
• Manage prospecting, retargeting, catalogue, Advantage+ Shopping, and conversion campaigns
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, formats, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, frequency, and revenue
• Identify winning campaigns and creatives and scale them profitably
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement data-backed solutions
• Work closely with creative teams to develop performance-focused ads and briefs
• Manage advertising for jewellery, clothing/fashion, lifestyle, and other D2C brands
• Track performance through Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and related tools
• Prepare repo
