Job Summary

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for developing and executing property scoping strategies across multiple international markets. The role supports business development by identifying and securing suitable commercial properties for bids, current rollouts, and operational expansions. This includes property scoping, market research, site evaluation, and coordination with landlords, developers, individual property owners, real estate consultants, and brokers to ensure the timely delivery of compliant and commercially viable property options.

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition & Strategy
• Develop and implement global property acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans.
• Conduct property scoping and market research to identify suitable commercial office spaces for bids and operational rollouts.
• Source commercial office, retail, IT, business center, and call center spaces across multiple countries.
• Evaluate properties based on location, accessibility, infrastructure, public transportation, security, business continuity,



and operational suitability.
• Prepare property comparison reports, location analyses, and recommendations for management approval.
Property Sourcing & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, individual property owners, real estate consultants, and brokers.
• Coordinate virtual property tours, physical site visits, and property inspections.
• Obtain property information, floor plans, photographs, lease terms, technical specifications, and other relevant documents from property owners and consultants.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of local and international real estate partners.
Commercial Negotiation (Rollout Properties)
• Lead negotiations for commercial lease agreements and other property-related commercial terms.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease tenure, rent-free periods, security deposits, escalation clauses, fit-out contributi
