Project Execution Coordinator – Corporate Fit-Out

Location: Kundalahalli Gate, Varthur Main Road, Bangalore

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000/month

We are looking for a Project Execution Coordinator with experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects to coordinate site execution, vendors, procurement and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate day-to-day execution of corporate fit-out projects.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP teams and site teams.
* Monitor project schedules, materials and procurement.
* Track site progress, quality and timelines.
* Read and coordinate execution through AutoCAD drawings.
* Maintain project documentation and reports.
* Support snagging and final project handover.

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
* 2–3+ years of relevant Corporate Interior Fit-Out / Project Execution experience.
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.
* Robust site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
