Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Surveyor at The Leazing Experts. The Surveyor will conduct detailed assessments of retail and office properties, including measuring spaces, reviewing lease terms, and compiling accurate reports and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market data, documenting property conditions, verifying compliance with lease agreements, and supporting negotiations with clear, well-structured information.



The Surveyor will collaborate with leasing and property management teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and maintain organized records and digital documentation. The role requires consistent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
