ProKitchen has been pan-India's trusted HoReCa partner since 2023, supplying crockery, glassware, barware, cutlery and kitchen equipment to restaurants, bars, hotels, and cloud kitchens across the country. We're not a catalogue company — we help operators build the tableware and bar programs that guests actually notice, backed by real supply-chain depth and founders who've spent a combined two decades inside the hospitality industry. Our HoReCa & Corporate office is now at DLF Phase 2, Gurugram, with our retail experience center at Reach 3Roads, Sector-70, Gurugram — because we're scaling, and we want the right person scaling with us.

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow ProKitchen's Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery & Barware vertical. This is a relationship-first sales role: you'll be the face of ProKitchen to restaurant owners, F&B; Directors, bar consultants,



and procurement heads — walking them through our range, understanding what their concept actually needs (a cocktail bar's glassware program is nothing like a fine-dine's crockery), and closing deals that stick.

What You'll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality groups who need crockery, glassware, cutlery, or bar tools — from first meeting to signed order to repeat business.
Bring your existing network of GMs, F&B; Directors, bar managers, and purchase heads to the table from day one, and keep expanding it.
Understand each client's concept (fine-dine vs. QSR vs. cocktail bar vs. cloud kitchen) and recommend the right crockery, glassware, cutlery, and barware assortment — not just push a catalogue.
Represent ProKitchen at industry events, trade shows (AAHAR, Hotel & Restaurant expos), and bar/restaurant openings to generate leads and stay visible in the community.
