Role Description
The Community Manager – Engagements & Brand Relationships is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.



This position owns the resident experience across Uniliv residences — nurturing a strong sense of community by planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and activities that foster interaction and belonging among residents. A core part of the role is building and managing long-term, brand-aligned relationships with partners, local businesses, and service providers that enhance the resident experience and power community programs. Day-to-day, the Community Manager coordinates event logistics, manages resident communication channels and social media groups, collects and acts on feedback, and ensures brand guidelines are reflected across every engagement touchpoint.
