Role Description The US Mortgage Operations Specialist — Remote, India is a full-time role responsible for supporting US mortgage processes from origination through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service.



This role includes reviewing loan applications and documentation, verifying borrower information, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to move files efficiently through the pipeline. The specialist will assist with mortgage marketing activities, prepare and update reports, and help maintain databases and workflows related to mortgage lending operations. Daily tasks involve responding to inquiries from customers and stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and adhering to US mortgage regulations and company policies.
