We're an engineering-first company building AI-native business software — GyantrAI (modern ERP) and Xchangen — for businesses that have outgrown fragmented tools and manual work. Sales here doesn't sit five layers from the builders. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and product to discover problems, shape solutions, and sell them.

The Role
We're hiring for two sales tracks that share one DNA - the hunter mindset.
Track 1 - U.S. Outbound SDR/BDR (India-based)
Create qualified U.S. sales conversations from scratch. Cold call, qualify pain, book discovery meetings for founders and AEs. You own the top of the funnel for the U.S. market.
Track 2 - B2B Sales Executive (Visakhapatnam, Pan-India)
Own the full cycle - hunt, meet, diagnose, demo, propose, and close. Target Indian MSMEs and mid-market companies. Travel extensively. Turn blank territory into revenue.

Build target lists,

Qualify real pain - not politeness - and book meetings that move
Run demos of GyantrAI, Xchangen, and our growing product portfolio
Bring market intelligence back to the builders; your observations shape what gets built
Follow up relentlessly until there's a clear yes, no, or next step
Own your pipeline numbers and improve them
