Role Description This is a full-time, in office Export Documentation role based in Kochi. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions in line with regulatory and customer requirements. The Export Documentation professional will coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners,



and clients to ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation for customs clearance and shipment execution. Daily tasks include maintaining records, tracking shipments, resolving documentation discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The role also requires updating systems with shipment status, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements in documentation and export operations.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of export documentation processes, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and LC-related paperwork.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, Incoterms, and basic compliance requirements for agro-commodity exports.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP or documentation management systems.
