Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. This role involves managing end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying billing data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing-related activities. The Billing Executive will track payments, follow up on outstanding amounts, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing queries. The role also includes maintaining detailed records,



preparing regular billing reports, supporting finance and audit requirements, and contributing to process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust billing process and invoicing skills, including experience with billing systems and documentation.
Candidates should possess solid finance knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles relevant to billing and receivables.
Candidates should possess analytical skills to review billing data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
