Job Title: Telecalling Intern / Executive
Location: Bhopal, MP
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Conduct business and follow-up calls with candidates, leads, and relevant contacts.
Maintain accurate call records and update data in Excel.
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients.
Handle basic queries and provide relevant information when required.
Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely updates.
Robust English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Confident, organised, and comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates based in Bhopal will be preferred.
