About the Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to drive farmer engagement, retention and campaign performance across IVR, WhatsApp, SMS and other digital communication channels. The role combines campaign execution, content coordination, analytics and marketing technology management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute farmer engagement campaigns across IVR, WhatsApp, SMS and other communication channels.
• Drive farmer engagement, retention and reactivation through targeted and personalized campaigns.
• Develop campaign briefs and coordinate with Brand, Content, Creative, Product, Sales and Category teams for relevant content.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports/dashboards.
• Analyze campaign and farmer data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving engagement and conversion.
• Manage campaign setup, execution and monitoring across tools including MoEngage, Mixpanel, Coupon Service, Kheti, SMS Magic,
Route, Fonada, VI Template Approval, Google Analytics, Exotel and Truecaller.
• Conduct regular market and consumer analysis to understand farmer needs, market requirements and changing preferences.
• Experiment with messaging, audience segments, communication frequency and campaign journeys to improve campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRM Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing or Campaign Management.
• Experience managing WhatsApp, SMS, IVR or customer engagement campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation, retention marketing and campaign performance metrics.
• Strong communication, content coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Agriculture Graduate preferred; candidates with Agri/Agritech/Rural Marketing experience will be strongly preferred.
