Automation Specialist (Hybrid) – Gurgaon
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain business automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Automate repetitive tasks across booking, guest communication, property management, and internal operations.
Integrate tools and platforms using no-code/low-code solutions such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or APIs.
Optimize workflows between Airbnb, PMS, CRM, Google Workspace, and other business systems.
Develop automated reports and dashboards for operational and business insights.
Identify manual processes and recommend automation solutions.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure reliable system performance.
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to streamline processes.




Document automation workflows and provide training to team members.
Stay up to date with the latest automation tools and AI technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar automation platforms.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or Notion.
Knowledge of CRM, PMS, and hospitality technology is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI workflow platforms is an advantage.
