Job Overview

In collaboration and alignment with Corporate Engineering, Project Management and Finance:

This Role is responsible for the Vendor Qualification Subsequent to RFQ shortlisting.



with an emphasis on technical and process audits of the suppliers to drive efficiency and minimize cost of organization's Procurement efforts. Manages and monitors vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements. Must have a highly analytical and technical mind as well as a compliance acumen for various Quality systems directed toward a commitment to optimization and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ability to Develop and implement vendor audits to establish capability and capacity as per Gradiant’s Requirements with an emphasis on developing a favorable preferred and standardized vendor pool.
Proactively and continuously seek to locate and vet integration and fabrication vendor resources both domestically and internationally.
Supports Price negotiation thru’ value addition in process audit capability
Review and audit vendors for compliance for Contract agreement and MSA’s
Facilitate and adhere to established Procurement policies and “Best practices”
Be an active member of the Safety Committe
