Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.



The TSM is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by identifying potential housing societies, conducting meetings with management committees, and presenting NoBrokerHood’s solutions. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The TSM will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, coordinate training for society staff, and support ongoing customer service needs. The role also involves monitoring territory performance, preparing sales reports, and contributing feedback to enhance products and sales strategies.
