Role Title: Senior Quality Engineer II (QA Lead)
Position Summary:
The Quality Engineering Lead, RTP Web is responsible for leading and scaling quality engineering practices across Marriott’s global digital web platforms, with a solid emphasis on adopting an AI-first mindset and integrating AI/ML technologies into QE strategy & solutions. This role combines people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery accountability to ensure high quality, reliable, and performant web and API experiences.
The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Marriott’s global digital web platforms by designing and implementing scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions.

The lead role partners closely with product, design, engineering, and platform leaders
