Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Chomu, Rajasthan. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with leads, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and successfully convert interested prospects into enrolled learners.





The ideal candidate must have robust communication and convincing skills and should be comfortable speaking with students, working professionals, and other prospective learners over phone calls and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective students and leads.
Clearly explain Techonquer's live courses, curriculum, benefits, duration, fees, and enrollment process.
Understand the learner's career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Convert qualified leads into paid course enrollments.
Handle objections and questions professionally and confidently.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads until enrollment.
Build positive relationships with learners and encourage referrals.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM or tracking tools.
Coordinate with the training and operations teams regarding course schedules and learner requirements.
Prepare basic daily/weekly sales and lead-conversion reports.
