Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and impact-driven Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for nonprofit fundraising and brand-building campaigns.
This is a full-time hybrid role. You will create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, helping our nonprofit partners share their work, connect with supporters, and grow their impact.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage content calendars for multiple nonprofit projects.
Write compelling captions, campaign copy, short-form video scripts, and calls to action.
Create and adapt content for posts, reels, stories, shorts, and other platform-specific formats.
Design visuals, graphics, and easy videos using Canva.
Coordinate content creation end-to-end,



including gathering information, preparing drafts, and scheduling posts.
Work closely with nonprofit partners to understand their goals and translate project impact into clear, donor-friendly stories.
Track content performance, monitor engagement, and refine content based on insights.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform best practices, and new content formats.

What We’re Looking For
Strong social media content creation skills, including caption writing, short-form video scripting, and platform-specific content development.
Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics, social media posts, and simple video content.
Experience with content planning, content calendars, campaign execution, and basic performance tracking.
The ability to communicate complex social issues in an accessible, sensitive, and engaging way.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Regional language skills
