Role Description The International Business Development Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Tirupur, responsible for expanding KINO’s presence across global fashion and creative markets.



This role includes identifying and qualifying international business opportunities, building and managing relationships with brand partners, agencies, and creative collaborators, and driving new business through targeted outreach and networking. The manager will develop and execute business plans, lead negotiations for international projects, and coordinate closely with creative and production teams to align client needs with KINO’s services. Day-to-day activities involve managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals and presentations, overseeing key accounts, and monitoring market trends to inform strategic decisions. The role also includes representing KINO at relevant industry events and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across international engagements.
