Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to join our team at Nirvana Realty, Andheri West.
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding support, HR operations, attendance and leave records, HR MIS, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative support.
The ideal candidate should be sincere, disciplined, valuable with follow-ups, comfortable speaking with candidates and employees,



and capable of maintaining accurate records. The role requires close coordination with department heads, management, candidates, employees, and external consultants/vendors wherever required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and hiring trackers.
Support onboarding formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, employee documentation, and joining files.
Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave records, HR MIS, and other HR trackers.
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries, documentation, policies, and daily requirements.
Assist in payroll inputs, salary data coordination, and statutory documentation support.
Support employee engagement, internal communication, birthday/anniversary updates, and HR announcements.
