Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement across MAHTO’s ecosystem. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting MAHTO’s solutions to prospective customers, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion.



The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and provide training and product information to partners and stakeholders. Daily tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback from users, collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, and ensuring consistent communication and service standards across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard partners, educate customers, and support internal teams on MAHTO’s products and processes.
Relevant experience in sales or marketing within technology, real estate, construction, or financial services is beneficial.
