Role Description This is a full-time, in office Member role based in Gurugram. The Member will support daily operations by coordinating with internal teams, assisting in project-related tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Responsibilities may include data collection, basic analysis, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in meetings,



and contributing to process improvements and team objectives. The Member is expected to demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to assigned work.
Qualifications
Ability to manage daily tasks with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, document management) and comfortable working with digital tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for handling data, documentation, and reporting.
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant work experience is an advantage.
Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
