Experience: Minimum 3 Years | Qualification: CS Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle corporate and statutory compliance activities of the company.
· Manage compliance related to ROC (Registrar of Companies).
· Handle BSE & NSE-related compliance and filings.
· Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory forms, returns and disclosures.
· Maintain statutory registers, records, minutes and other corporate documents.
· Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, legal advisors and stock exchange authorities.
· Track changes in applicable corporate laws, SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements.
· Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, BSE/NSE listing requirements and other relevant regulations.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate/Listed Company Compliance.
· CS qualification preferred.
· Strong working knowledge of ROC, BSE and NSE compliance.
· Good understanding of Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
· Robust documentation, drafting and coordination skills.
· Experience in handling listed-company compliance will be an added advantage.
