Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to contact potential and existing customers, explain products or services, and respond to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating customer information in company systems, following up on leads, and ensuring timely resolution of customer questions or concerns. The role involves meeting call targets,



following scripts or guidelines as needed, and coordinating with the sales or support teams to close leads or escalate issues. The Telecaller is expected to maintain a professional tone, adhere to company policies, and support overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Ability to engage with customers, listen actively, and provide clear, concise information.
Basic computer literacy, including using CRM or call management tools to record and update customer data.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up on leads promptly.
Customer service mindset, patience, and problem-solving skills to manage queries and concerns effectively.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
