Job Description
Purpose
Provide overall leadership, governance,



and strategic direction for the airport development program, serving as the primary interface with the client, executive stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall delivery of the airport program covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and handover.
Establish program governance, reporting structures, and decision-making frameworks.
Serve as the single point of accountability for project performance, risk, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
Manage relationships with airport owners, operators, government agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions.
Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings.
Drive resolution of critical project risks, disputes, and stakeholder issues.
Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.
